Making the most of EPS
Completing the EPS online survey and receiving the feedback is only a part of the overall process. The online tool is designed to provide important baseline data to identify specific areas of focus and to inform the development of an action plan to achieve whole school development goals.
CORE's team of skilled facilitators are available to assist in a number of ways to help you make the most of the EPS online tool, including:
- A pre-survey visit to a school to work with staff and school leadership to ensure you gain maximum advantage from using the tool.
- A fully facilitated, in-school EPS process, working with staff and school leadership through the whole process of completing the survey.
- A follow-up and support package that includes a regular newsletter, participation in an online community of practice and repeat use of the survey – all for an annual subscription fee.
- Facilitated follow-up to assist school leaders and staff to translate their EPS data into an action plan for the school.
- Facilitation services focusing on specific areas for development, including curriculum development, enterprise education, ICT capability, e-Learning, assessment for learning etc.
